Job Description
• Technical support to Sales by providing new proposal for new & existing product
• Design carton structure based on customer requirement, product shape & properties in order to meet customer process requirement & cost target
• Prepare presentation slide & proposal report for customer
• Conduct relevant lab test evaluation for study & analysis for internal & external
• Online monitoring the new development jobs in production line
• Attend to customer site for trial & test confirmation
• Summary report of the new development activities weekly & monthly

• Provide value proposition of packaging solution to achieve customer cost saving activities & target
• Prepare presentation slide & proposal report for customer
• Conduct relevant lab test evaluation for study & analysis for internal & external
• Online monitoring the new development jobs in production line
• Attend to customer site for trial & test confirmation
• Cost saving initiative activities for internal improvement
• Summary report of the VP project report monthly
• Inter-department co-ordination.
• Maintenance of ISO documentation.
• Establish SOP.
• Communicate to sub-ordinate on instruction, policy etc.
Requirements
• Possess minimum Bachelor Degree in mechanical engineering or any equivalent field in packaging industry
• Fresh graduate or experience in product design field will be advantages
• Strong in product development, report and presentation skills
• Good in systematic problem solving, project management and human management skills
• Able to work under pressure
