- To ensure high performance and effectiveness of mill operations through continuous productivity, process, quality, yield, cost, manpower optimization and development, safe work culture and practice - Optimization of manpower resources to achieve set quality and quantity targets - Ensuring products are made according to specifications, targets and schedule - Smooth running of day-to-day operations and activities in meeting customer’s requirements - Develop and carry out process improvement strategy across Production Department - Establishment and maintenance of ISO procedure - Prepare routine operational report and document update - Analyze operational data for continues improvement initiative and process cost reduction exercise

- Possess Degree in Industrial, Process, or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent - Preferably those with 1-3 years related working experience in manufacturing industries - Fresh graduates with good academic results in Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering are encouraged to apply - Possess good command of both written and spoken in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia - Ability to handle multitask and meeting datelines - Good communication skills and management skills - Must be able to work under pressure and tough environment - Willing to be on call during rest days and work overtime - Willing to work at Banting area (near KLIA, Sepang) - Hostel will be provided for those from outstation<
