- Attend to customer problems, complaints, suggestions and favours promptly and key-in order intake and
fulfil customers need.
- Ensure all orders received are within allocation and at the right price.
- Coordinate with warehouse department on delivery matter & update to customers.
- Able to analyses and highlight abnormalities in orders and pricing.
Requirements
- SPM/ Certificate / Diploma/ Degree in business administration or any related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in related field
- Fresh graduate with the motivation and drive are also encouraged to apply
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to communicate well with people at different levels in the organization
- Computer literate, mature and customer-oriented
- Able to speak and write well in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia
