Job Description
1. Carry out the Waste Water / Sewage / Ink Treatment Plant / Sludge lab testing according to the Standard Operating Procedure provided
2. Ensuring all the test result are compliance to GSPP internal control limit and DOE control limit.
3. Troubleshooting and take appropriate actions to ensure continuous all lab testings and reliable operation of equipment and systems
4. Monitor and coordinate to fix or troubleshoot testing instrument or equipment breakdowns in a
minimal duration
5. Carry out the assigned schedule check list, and schedule calibration without delay and update the abnormal results to superior immediately if any.
6. Highlight any abnormalities lab test result immediately through email or cell phone
7. Assist prolong the life span of all lab instruments and equipments, reduce plant operation cost and implement cost saving exercise
8. Ensuring the daily report was updated and accurate. Updated with latest testing results and
knowledge in waste water treatment plant through email and cell phone
9. Follow the standard reporting procedure to superior and able to complete the assigned jobs on time.
10. Must understand and follow all published SOP to fulfil required competency matrix
11. Able carry out lab chemical inventory & lab consumable items stock count. Replenish the chemical and consumable items according the max and min level.
12. Able to utilize the SAP system likes NF,MO, time confirmation and TECO. Every NF & MO must be TECO after job completion.
Requirements
1. Possess minimum Certificate/ Diploma/ Professional Certificate in Process / Manufacturing or in any related Engineering field
2. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Able to communicate in minimum English or Malay languages.
4. Obey the company rules and safety SOPs.
5. Able to work in heavy and tough environment, hands-on, long working hours (if needed), shift work and OT.
6. Initiatives, fast learner, and discipline candidate
7. Able to work in wet, noisy and hot environments.
8. Able to work under pressure and at a fast pace.
