Job Description
- Responsible for Health, Safety and Environment and comply with ISO 14001 requirements
- Responsible to update all production data, winder sheet break data and downtime data in database.
- Responsible for the product quality and production output and machine efficiency
- Responsible for 5S for the entire Paper Machine
- Responsible for all process in winder section and finishing section
- Responsible to maintain production ground floor, mezzanine floor and operating floor cleanliness, clear loose paper at winder and finishing area, check and monitor slitter wear and change frequency, monitor roll vibration, monitor end glue consumables, responsible for downgraded roll due to winding process by complete the checklist and report abnormalities to Shift team leader.
- Inter-sub area coordination (communication on day to day planning)
- Shift handover meeting on production issue and follow up.
- Responsible for winder and finishing section parameter setting according to SOP
- Responsible for winder break and downgraded roll
- Responsible to clear paper loose paper, during sheet break and shutdown
- Responsible for winder slab loss by proper planning on winding roll diameter.
- Responsible for daily field check for Winder, Roll handling and core handling
- Responsible for isolation procedure is adhere during shutdown
- Any ad-hoc task assigned by superior
Requirements

-Able to work in industrial environment
