1) To carry out marketing and sales functions to meet company and departmental goals.
2) To establish reliable sales forecast.
3) To know the products well and advise the customer or potential clients accordingly.
4) To take orders and reviews the delivery capability.
5) To document customersf needs, communicate and liaise with all the concerned departmental heads and ensure customerfs requirement are understood and can be fulfilled.
6) To handle customer enquiries and consult with the concerned department if necessary.
7) To the issue of PDM and ECN form upon confirmation of customersf orders.
8) Responsible for the collection in due course.
9) Responsible to inform QA about Customer Complaints and take necessary action to follow up.
10) Responsible to communicate customersf safety product liability and chemical management requirements to our Environments and Quality Assurance Departments Managers.
Requirements
1) Minimum SPM at least 3 years of working experience (preferable in related field)
2) Must have own transport
3) Good communication skill
4) Service and result orientated
