Job Description
Lead a team responsible in investigation of quality complaint and communicate to operation team to execution of effective countermeasure action
Facilitating analysis on quality complain rolls and board
Lead a team in formulation of quality improvement resulting from quality complaint
Assisting team in solving nonconformance matters to successfully maintain the company certification status
Facilitating customer audit as require
Responsible in response to customer inquiry especially product safety & liability matters
Work closely with multi-department on maintaining company management system effectively.
Managing audit preparation and execution including dealing with certification bodies.
Facilitating team in solving nonconformance matters to successfully maintain the company certification status
Requirements
Possess Degree in relevant field of study preferably in degree course relevant to papermaking.
Preferable with 5 years working experience in paper & packaging or relevant industry
Experience in execution of continual improvement principle and problem solving with operation team, warehouse team and etc.
Interest in communication or dealing with people
Experience in managing management system e.g: ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO/IEC17025, FSC CoC, product safety and liability and etc
In-depth knowledge, understanding and experience in Chemistry
In-depth knowledge of equipment reliability theory and definition of best practice
Ability to translate product quality and experience into practical application to improve and interpret testing result
Proactively thinking on process or product improvement on cost optimization.
Computer literate and initiates in 5S activities
Able to work independently and lead a small team.
Able to complete task in timely manner.
Able to handle and execute customer audit
Preferable nonsmoker.
