Job Description
-Work closely with production on quality parameters optimization
-Responsible in carrying out trials on site or off site (customer premise)
-ew product development to meet market demand (at the request of sales)
-Ad-hoc project as instruct by superior
Requirements
-Possess Degree in relevant field of study preferably in degree course relevant to papermaking.
-Preferable with working experience in paper & packaging or relevant industry
-In-depth knowledge, understanding and experience in Chemistry
-Understanding of and experience in continuous improvement principles
-Able to work flexible and independently with minimum supervision
-Able to initiate problem-solving skill.
-Able to complete task in timely manner.
-Good understanding of Quality Management System
-Computer literate and initiates in 5S activities
