Job Description
- Attend to customer problems, complaints, suggestions and favours promptly.
- Key-in order intake and fulfil customers’ need.
- Assist sales personnel on any enquiries.
- Coordinate with warehouse department on delivery matter.
- Ensure all orders received are within allocation and at the right price.
- Able to analyse and highlight abnormalities in orders and pricing.
- Fully understand on the company’s products and its application; understand our machines ability and provide prompt info and suggestion to customer’s enquiry.
- Prepare credit notes and debit notes.
- Assist in any ad-hoc project assigned.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management and equivalent.
- Ability to work systematically, and possess analytical thinking skills.
- Able to speak and write well in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Fresh graduate with the motivation and drive are also encouraged to apply.
- Good interpersonal, negotiation & communication skills
- Good in analysis and reporting skills.
- Proactive and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Tactful in dealing with all parties & able to fulfil deadlines.
- Knowledge in e-marketing will be an added advantage.
- Understand SAP and WIBS applications.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Banting (Near KLIA, Sepang).
