Job Description
• Assist in daily administrative activities to create an effective management for General Affairs function
• Answer and transfer calls from general line to respective key person
• Revert email from general mailbox to relevant department
• In charge of document and parcel receiving from courier service
• Assist in registration of subcontractors working with Company
• Arrange maintenance for office printers
• Manage office stationaries and sundries by placing order for restock
• Ensure, monitor and update company phone, directory, speed dialing
• Resolve PABX phone line problem
• Application of Shell Card and Name Card Requisition
• Assist in foreign worker work permit renewal & monitoring
• Assist in pest control, water dispenser, & other hygiene related tasks.
• Any assigned ah-hoc jobs
Requirements
• SPM or Diploma holder in Human Resource, Administrative, Office Management and other related field
• Computer literate
• Good communication skills
