Job Description
COA
• Assist and implement in ensuring operations and adherence of QA activities as per relevant procedures / work instruction outlines in the Quality, Health and Environmental Manual (QHSE Manual) as per ISO standards and customer Environmental Related Substances (ERS) requirements.
• Performing the daily work task on outgoing Certificate of Analysis preparation and incoming inspection for sub-materials.
• Physical quality monitoring of outgoing inspection in warehouse.
• Prepare Certificate of Analysis (CoA) for customer according to customer requirements.
• Perform quality monitoring on outgoing container during loading
• Any other assignment related to quality as and when required by QA Supervisor / Engineer / Manager
LAB
• Assist and implement in ensuring operations and adherence of QA activities as per relevant procedures / work instruction outlines in the Quality, Health and Environmental Manual (QHSE Manual) as per ISO standards and customer Environmental Related Substances (ERS) requirements.
• Performing the daily work task on incoming inspection, laboratory test and lab document filing.
• Conduct quality checks on incoming raw materials.
• Collect sufficient information for raising material quality complaint to supplier.
• Perform strength tests and tested report as required by customers.
• Perform lab tests to assisting the investigations relating to quality issue.
• Report on non-adherence of procedure pertaining to quality matters by supplier.
• Up-keeping of relevant records / reports for reference, traceability and distribution when necessary.
• Backup on preparation of Certificate of Analysis (CoA)
• Any other assignment related to quality as and when required by superior.
Requirements
• Certificate / Diploma in science or equivalent
• With 1-3 years working experience in manufacturing QA field
• Knowledge in paper & packaging manufacturing process will added advantages
• Basic knowledge in ISO management system & FSC COC
• Computer literate
• Good communication skills
• Possess own transport and willing to travel
• Must willing to work in Banting area, nearby KLIA
• Able to work under fast pace and tough environment
