- To provide supervision on admin section and planning for export delivery - Overall supervision on admin section. - Overall in charge export container haulage arrangement (include ocean freight). - Prepare WH minutes. - Prepare monthly production D-X day report. - Prepare DIFOT report. - Prepare weekly inventory report. - Run outstanding delivery report.(DIFOT CTN) - Generate Monthly Transport Cost and Ageing reports - Daily transport cost checking. - Verify export transport cost for payment processing. - Prepare SOP/ Process flow. - Monitoring on schedule of 5S internal audit. - Verify pallet invoice. - Subcon GRN verification. - Verify CR& DR - Verify export transport cost and claim processing and GRN issurance - Update lorry attendance.

- Minimum Diploma/ Degree holder in any related field. - At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position - Good verbal and written skills in English and Malay - Strong leadership and management skills, able to work independently, highly motivated, able to multi-task and teamwork oriented. - Able to communicate well with people at different levels in the organization. - Hardworking and has a positive working attitude - Good knowledge on Warehouse operation. - Able to - Able to plan and make decision whenever there is problem can’t solve by subordinate. - Good analytical, strategic and forward thinking<
