1. Workforce Capability:
- Recruitment of local and foreign workers in all levels.
- Local worker recruitment:
Attend to walk-in candidates applying for job vacancies.
Source candidates for vacant positions.
Advertise job vacancies.
Attend career fairs to source for candidates.
Coordinate interviews for shortlisted candidates and issue offer letters to the selected candidates.
Conduct new employee induction training.
Update and maintain employee personal file with their personal detail, employment letter and leave.
Notify payroll of the new joiner.
- Foreign worker recruitment:
To prepare application and documentation in Malaysia and source country.
Interview and selection in source country or online
Preparation and briefing of Offer Letter
Clearance of FWs in KLIA.
New staff orientation
2. General Affairs:
- Foreign worker management:
Need to check with the production regarding the manpower needed for the upcoming year.
Monitor and renew the working permit
Passport renewal.
SKHPPA and IG renewal.
Attend any foreign worker issue outside the company.
- Hostel management:
Need to do spot check 2 times per month.
Ensure all the hostel equipment is good condition.
Ensure no piping leakage and no excessive utility bill.
Keep all the documents for spot check with evidence.
To maintain and renew the tenancy agreement.
- Canteen:
Ensure the cleanliness of the canteen.
Ensure the equipment in canteen in good condition.
Ensure all the items is well maintained. (ATM Machine, Vending Machine, Coway water dispenser)
- Security:
Payment of monthly.
To track the attendance of the security.
Manage security leader to ensure daily task is not disturbed.
- Cleaner:
Arrange cleaner to do cleaning outside the building and toilet for staff.
To maintain the Company surroundings including cutting of grass, trim the trees and dispose the rubbish.
3. Employee Relation:
- Joint Consultative Committee
To coordinate quarterly meeting.
To settle all the issue raised during meeting.
4. Any ad-hoc tasks given by the Manager-HCD and GM-Operation.
5. Support Human Capital team in all tasks and ensure
Requirements
1) Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
2) Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
3) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4) Must be computer literate and proficiency in Microsoft applications.
5) Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
6) Pro-active – to be able do a study and execute.
