Job Description
- Responsible for Health, Safety and Environment and comply with ISO 14001 requirements
- Responsible to update all production data, sheet break data and downtime data in database.
- Responsible for the product quality and production output and machine efficiency
- Responsible for 5S for the entire Paper Machine
- Responsible for all process in dryer and sizer section
- Responsible to maintain production ground floor, mezzanine floor and operating floor cleanliness, clear inside dryer section loose paper, Opticleaner functionality, guiding system functionality, dryer fabric wear, life monitoring and change, doctor blade wear and change frequency, dryer fabric tension, sizer section functionality and cleanliness, foil force cleanliness, scanner cleanliness, broke clearing by complete the checklist and report abnormalities to Shift team leader.
- Responsible for DCS & QCS
- Inter-sub area coordination (communication on day to day planning)
- Shift handover meeting on production issue and follow up.
- Responsible for dryer section parameter setting according to SOP
- Responsible for dryer section doctor blade cleaning, clear paper jam, during sheet break and shutdown
- Responsible for water jet functionality and tail threading in dryer section
- Responsible for daily field check for dryer and sizer section
- Responsible for isolation procedure is adhere during shutdown
- Any ad-hoc task assigned by superior
