• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance of production machinery and Utilities systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. • Perform unplanned repair and maintenance of automation systems, including PLC, DCS, VFD, and related equipment. • Inspect and check all assigned machinery daily to identify and address any issues. • Install, dismantle, and modify parts, equipment, and machinery as instructed by engineers. • Test, inspect, and calibrate instrumental equipment to ensure accurate and reliable operation. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to control system I/O wiring, hardware, and software. • Participate in Monthly and Annual Shutdown activities and assist in maintenance planning. • Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring availability and proper documentation. • Adhere to safety standards and contribute to a safe working environment for all team members. • Implement and maintain 6S practices to ensure a clean and efficient workspace. • Uphold compliance with corporate and regulatory controls, policies, and safety regulations. • Record completed tasks and prepared reports for maintenance activities as required. • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machinery efficiency and reliability. • Collaborate with engineers to recommend necessary replacements and rectifications. • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Electrical Instrumentation Engineer or management.

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply • Possess experience in troubleshooting • Good hands-on skills in electrical maintenance knowledge • Able to work in heavy and tough environment, hands-on, long working hour (if needed), shift work and OT • Initiatives, fast learner and discipline candidate • Willing to work at Banting (near KLIA Sepang)
