Job Description
- Follow up with customers for orders. Sales order processing. Conduct deliveries of urgent goods, handling customer’s requirement
- Follow on product complaint with relevant personnel in the mill. Responsible on responding to customers inquiries through multiple channels.
- Communicate with logistic department to expedite customer’s requirements especially in conducting deliveries of urgent goods and to ensure a prompt and smooth delivery
- Updating and preparing reports
- Assisting in shipping documents
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma with at least 1 year relevant working experience or fresh graduate.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Computer literate.
