Job Description
- Coordinate and attending to customer’s enquiries such as quality issues, delivery to monitor daily sales intake vs. budget
- To maintain strong customer relationship and attend to customer enquiries
- To liaise with Customer Service on slow moving stocks
- To report on customers latest business & order trend/activities
- To report on competitors latest activities
- To ensure daily shipment schedule reach customer on time
- To attend/verify/coordinate all the customer complaints
- Sample development coordination such as submission of artwork, printed sample to customer
- Follow up with CS on order issuing and delivery
- Preparing monthly collection forecast, follow up collection status, preparing CN/DN
- Preparing weekly , monthly , yearly sales report issues & etc
Requirements
- Possess at least Bachelor Degree in Business / Commerce or equivalent
- Have 5 years of working experience in sales & marketing field
- Product Knowledge & Carton Manufacturing knowledge
- Basic ISO management system, Competition Act, & PDPA Act
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Good in reporting & presentation skills
- Good communication skills
- Able to interact and communicate with persons within the department and external parties.
- Able to work independently, highly motivated, able to multi-task and teamwork oriented
- Hardworking and has a positive working attitude
