Job Description
- Ensure the chemical department operates well and complies with the internal policy and group requirement to increase the production efficiency with cost effective program in order to achieve the operation objectives
- Direct and coordinate the activities of the total production function in chemical department by maximizing output within the defined Quality Level
- Handle of overall chemical usage and application on all departments of company
- Identify and implement cost saving exercise initiated by department or company
- Responsible for the daily planning and operation of the paper making process
- Lead the test lab and ensuring the all test results are compliance to requirement
- Handle all the trail test for all improvement activities
- Continuously plan to improve work environment, methods, effectiveness and resources utilization with good interpersonal skill
- Cultivate highest level of occupational health and safety condition in the paper mill through management, education and training
Requirements
- Degree in Chemical / Process Engineering or any science related study
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in heavy industry / production operation and supervision will be an added advantage
- Fresh graduates with good knowledge in process manufacturing, initiative and responsible personality are welcomed to apply
- Fluent in written and oral English language
- Able to be on-call and work long hours (as when needed)
- Able to work in fast pace and challenging environment
- High commitment and able to work under pressure
- Possess good interpersonal, communication skill and a team result oriented person
- Hotel will be provided for those from outstation
- Willing to work at Banting (near KLIA, Sepang)
