• To maintain all equipment (mechanical parts) in a satisfactory condition for safe operation and at its maximum operating efficiency. • To reduce to a minimum of all the equipment downtime resulting from machine breakdown and indirect factors. • Responsible for diagnosing faults, equipment improvement and setting up TPM programs on preventive, predictive and corrective activities to reduce repair & maintenance cost • To maintenance of adequate spare parts consistent with current condition and recommend critical spare parts as inventory items when necessary. • To investigate into the causes for and remedies of emergency machine breakdown and abnormal machine failure. • Close cooperation with operating personnel in order to meet equipment requirement, production schedule and planned maintenance schedule requirement.

• Must possess at least Degree in Mechanical Engineering • Preferably those with minimum 1 year of working experience in maintenance within manufacturing industries. • Fresh graduates who are proactive & aggressive are welcomed to apply. • Good hands on experience and theoretical knowledge in mechanical maintenance. • Have in-depth knowledge of mechanical function of equipment / components. • Exposed on mechanical troubleshooting for machineries breakdown. • Able to read the technical drawing including of definition of symbol. • Exposed on in-depth pneumatic & hydraulic systems & components • Exposed in-depth on packaging equipmentfs maintenance function • Able to analysis machine failure, problem solving and decision making. • Good analytical mind and critical thinking skills. • High commitment, independency and responsibility are required. • Previous knowledge in boiler and wastewater treatment operation is added advantage.
