• To assist shift leader to operate and maintain machineries and equipment in WTE plant according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and legal requirement (DOE/DOSH) • Troubleshooting and take appropriate actions to ensure continuous process and reliable operation of equipment and systems • Respond immediately to any emergencies or operational issues to minimise downtime • Observe and interpret reading on DCS, gauges, meters, and chart registering various aspect for WTE operation to ensure boiler are operating properly • Adhere to safety rules and procedure by adopting establish safety codes, practices and regulatory requirements • Prepare shift daily check list accurately and proper reporting • Report any issues (Equipment Breakdown/Industrial Accident) to shift leader immediately and take necessary corrective action • Adhere to standard reporting procedure and complete the jobs timely • Perform maintenance of equipment and machinery during shut down • Ensure plant area proper housekeeping according to 5S standards • Assist in any related ad-hoc project assigned

- Fresh graduate on Mechanical Engineering - Able to work under pressure and long working hours (if needed) - Able to work on-site / field long hours - Able to speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia - Able to work on shifts
