 Managing and analysis lab testing performance, report to superior.  Responsible on lab management especially test equipment maintenance and checking.  Execute lab testing support to process trial, new product development, etc.  Assist on quality parameters optimization, work closely with other department. Cross department interaction, report progress to superior.  Ad-hoc project as instructed by superior.

 Possess Diploma/certificate in relevant field of study preferably in course relevant to papermaking.  Exposure to lab environment, well knowledge in equipment reliability theory and definition of best practice, experience in continuous improvement principles.  Ability to report testing results to superior.  Basis understanding of Quality Management System and 6S activities.  Computer literate.  Able to work independently and complete task in timely manner.  Able to withstand high workload environment and flexible in job planning.  Have basis understand on problem-solving skill.  Preferable nonsmoker.  Able to withstand working in the wet and dusty manufacturing plant condition.
