Job Description
Managing and analysis lab testing performance, report to superior.
Responsible on lab management especially test equipment maintenance and checking.
Execute lab testing support to process trial, new product development, etc.
Assist on quality parameters optimization, work closely with other department. Cross department interaction, report progress to superior.
Ad-hoc project as instructed by superior.
Requirements
Possess Diploma/certificate in relevant field of study preferably in course relevant to papermaking.
Exposure to lab environment, well knowledge in equipment reliability theory and definition of best practice, experience in continuous improvement principles.
Ability to report testing results to superior.
Basis understanding of Quality Management System and 6S activities.
Computer literate.
Able to work independently and complete task in timely manner.
Able to withstand high workload environment and flexible in job planning.
Have basis understand on problem-solving skill.
Preferable nonsmoker.
Able to withstand working in the wet and dusty manufacturing plant condition.
