Job Description
- Responsible for managing the procurement process of goods and services for the company, while also handling various administrative tasks, including vendor management, purchase order creation, inventory tracking, and general office support, reporting, data analysis, ensuring smooth operations and cost-effective purchasing practices within the organization
- Negotiation with suppliers on purchases of materials
- Identify and propose new suppliers
- Expediting deliveries with supplier on urgent basis
- Follow up on materials complaint with user and suppliers
- Liaise with forwarding agents on shipping and customs clearance
- Involve in company’s ISO standard
- Monitor, evaluate supplier’s delivery and performance
- Provide assistance to other departments on project works
- Good in Business Data Analysis and PowerPoint presentation as requested by superior
- Developing and implementing effective department strategies
- Researching industry trends and market behaviors to identify business opportunities
- Perform any additional duties as and when assigned by superior
Requirements
- Degree in business administration, management, sales & marketing or other related field of study
- Preferably those with at least 2-3 years working experience in Purchasing and Sales & Marketing field
- Fresh graduates with strong negotiation skills are welcomed to apply
- Good written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Computer literate - Microsoft and preferable with SAP experience
- Good attitude, proactive and results-oriented with a willingness to learn and adapt within inter-companies and subsidiaries
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Good in Business data analysis (data extraction, reporting, analysis using tools like Advanced Microsoft Excel / Words) and PowerPoint presentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and generate reports
- Outspoken and able to do presentation to potential business partners
- Involving in Purchasing and Business Admin related job scopes
- Willing to work at Banting (near KLIA, Sepang), possess own transportation and willing to travel
