- Ensure high performance and effectiveness of production through continuous productivity, process, quality, yield, cost, manpower optimization and development, safe work culture & practice. - Optimization of manpower resources to achieve set quality and quantity targets. - Ensuring products are made according to specifications, targets and schedule. - Smooth running of day-to-day operations and activities in meeting customer's requirements. - Develop and carry out process improvement strategy across Production Department. - Establishment and maintenance of ISO procedure. - Prepare routine operational report and document update. - Analyse operational data for continues improvement initiative and process cost reduction exercise.

- Possess Degree in Industrial, Process, or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent. - Preferably those with 1-3 years related experience in heavy manufacturing industries. - Fresh graduates with good academic results in Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering are encouraged to apply. - Possess good command of both written and spoken in English & Bahasa Malaysia. - Ability to handle multitasks and meeting datelines. - Good communication skills and management skills. - Must be able to work under pressure and tough environment. - Willing to work at Banting area (near KLIA, Sepang). - Hostel will be provided for those from outstation.<
