Job Description
- Organize QC/QA daily operations in proper manner and ensure subordinate work in safe environment
- Organize incoming, in process and outgoing inspection and related activities to achieve product specification and quality
- Involve improvement project, investigate complaint and follow up the countermeasure
- Assist on Quality Management System
- Coordinate, promote and enhance product understanding and product usage among customer
- Support product quality improvement
- To provide competitor’s product quality information to sales and marketing
- Provide training to Lab personnel to enhance job performance
- Support customer service
- ISO documentation and control
- Production upkeep and control
Requirements
- Possess Degree in relevant field of study preferably in chemical
- In-depth knowledge, understanding and experience in Chemistry
- In-depth knowledge of equipment reliability theory and definition of best practice
- Ability to translate product quality and experience into practical application to improve and interpret testing result
- Understanding of and experience in continuous improvement principles
- Good understanding of Quality Management System
- Computer literate and initiates in 5S activities<
