Job Description
- Responsible for Health, Safety and Environment and comply with ISO 14001 requirements.
- Help develop and roll out training modules for SP3 operation team.
- Work together with SP3 senior operation staffs (WPS shift leaders) to develop operational SOP.
- Help implement standardized manufacturing practices and implement equipment management best practices.
- Promote occupational and safety management for all staffs in GSPP.
- Assist the team to achieve operational objectives (e.g product quality, OSH, productivity, profitability and maintenance).
- Work with operation team to support the production and maintenance activities.
- Participate in process improvement activities.
- Participate in the plant shut down planning and activities.
- Provide technical support to the operation team.
- Participate in the work order request and approval for respective area.
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in paper science, chemical engineer or equivalent experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written
- Excellent in computer skill (Excel and word)
- Team player with strong problem solving skill
