Job Description
• Attend to customer problems, complaints, suggestions and favors promptly
• Monitor daily sales activities and functions, thus implement changes for service effectiveness
• Follow up daily delivery schedule
• To assist sales personnel on any enquiries
• Prepare daily reports and quotation for customer
• Perform internal quality checks
• Do monthly closing for consignment’s customers
Requirements
• Degree in business administration or any related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in related field
• Fresh graduate with the motivation and drive are also encouraged to apply
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to communicate well with people at different levels in the organization
• Computer literate, mature and customer-oriented
• Able to speak and write well in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia
