Job Description
• Fully understand GSPP wastepaper (raw material) quality standard.
• Oversee daily local & imports delivery of raw material and data entry.
• Oversee imports documentation and submission of imports claims after verify.
• Handle all enquiry regarding raw material.
• Verify weekly payment, transport bills, credit /debit notes, & wastepaper sales to other paper mills.
• Process advance applications from suppliers.
• Able to analyse and highlight abnormalities in daily delivery.
• Continue to explore opportunity for cost saving on logistic operations, continuous improvement and optimizing effectiveness and efficiency.
• Assist in any ad-hoc project assigned.
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Master's Degree in Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
• Preferably minimum 5 years relevant working experience in manufacturing industry logistic filed.
• Ability to work systematically, and possess analytical thinking skills.
• Good interpersonal, negotiation & communication skills
• Good in analysis and reporting skills.
• Tactful in dealing with all parties & able to fulfil deadlines.
• Good in cost management & meticulous in costing.
• Understand SAP / ERP / GWS and New Raw Material applications.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Banting (Near KLIA, Sepang) and travel as when needed.<
