1. To issue and prepare delivery documents such as delivery order, invoices, packing list and shipping labels accurately and promptly.
2. To ensure delivery order are properly acknowledged and return upon delivery of goods.
3. Address any discrepancies or issues related to delivery orders, coordinating with the relevant superior for resolution.
4. Follow company policies and procedures related to delivery order processing and documentation and maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information related to delivery orders.
5. Any other related jobs assigned by superior
Requirements
1) Minimum SPM, with or without experience
2) Clear and concise communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
3) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
4) Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
