1. Promote and market the company's products.
2. Establish new contacts in the market and expand the company's sales volume.
3. Prepare costing sheets and quotations.
4. Monitor customer performance and assess their creditworthiness.
5. Ensure the timely collection of all outstanding bills.
6. Maintain close liaison with the production department and customers to ensure timely delivery of quality products.
7. Provide prompt updates on the status of deliveries to customers.
8. Address customer complaints and foster strong customer relationships.
9. Provide feedback on market trends, customer insights, and product quality to support the Managing Director in developing effective marketing strategies.
10. Submit reports as required.
11. Perform any other tasks assigned by superiors as needed.
12. Adhere to the company's quality policies, objectives, and rules & regulations at all times.
13. Fulfill duties as stipulated under ISO 9001 requirements.
Requirements
1. Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of proven success in B2B sales.
3. Strong presentation skills, with experience delivering tailored pitches to executives and key decision-makers.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong time management and organizational abilities to effectively manage multiple clients and deadlines.
6. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
7. Must possess own transport.
