1) Identify New Opportunities: Find new clients and business opportunities and ensuring the target sales is achieved
2) Develop Sales Strategies: Create and execute plans to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
3) Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
4) Achieve Sales Targets: Meet sales goals by negotiating deals and closing contracts.
5) Collaborate with Teams: Work with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met and projects are delivered on time.
6) Responsible to ensure company quality policy and quality goals are understood, implemented and maintained in the Marketing & Sales department.
7) Responsible for contract review and handling of customer enquiry.
8) Responsible for Marketing & Sales planning, target setting, and implementation and performance assessment.
9) To lead and motivate the sales team to achieve success, experience and a high level of sales performance.
10) Market Insights: Conduct research on industry trends and competitors, and share insights with the GM to guide strategy.
11) Analysing and handling customer sector by identifying their needs.
Requirements
1) Possess Bachelor Degree or Diploma preferably in Business Administration / Marketing with minimum 8 years of experience in related field, with proven sales records.
2) Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
3) Fluency in English, Malay, and Mandarin is essential for effective communication with a diverse range of clients and partners.
4) Able to work as a team to achieve better result
5) Good presentation & reporting skills
6) High commitment & energetic
7) Computer literate (Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office)
8) Possess own transport & Willing to work travel frequently
