Job Description
- Manage the service team. Main task is servicing pump, gearbox and other rotating equipment.
- Plan and guide the group of fitter to achieve the quality and quantity that determined by management
- Plan weekly maintenance and manpower arrangement.
- Service checklist must be maintain well.
- Able to work long hours.
- Participate in the plant scheduled shutdown to support plant team.
- Responsible to promote safety culture among workers.
- Responsible to promote 5S culture among workers
Requirements
- At least 10 years of Working Experience in maintenance/servicing of rotating equipment.
- Must have working experience in Heavy Industry such as Steel Mill, cement mill or Paper Mill.
- Recommended to have basic computer skills. SAP skills will be an advantage.
- Able to communicate in English or Bahasa Malaysia. Able to write in English or Bahasa Malaysia
- Must possess at least a Diploma in Mechanical.
