- Setting up, implementation and improvement of EHS system to ensure 100% EHS compliance in parallel with corporate program.
- Responsible in ensuring all the EHS regulations and acts are well in place and adhere strictly.
- Responsible in coordinating external audits from DOSH, DOE, BOMBA and others.
- Preparing EHS report, LTIFR, accident statistics, data and audit findings, authorize the concerned report to customer and external correspondence.
- Training of GSPP personnel on EHS topics to ensure the effectiveness in application.
Requirements
- Diploma holder in HSE field
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Good verbal and written in English and Malay
- Strong leadership and management skills, able to work independently, highly motivated, able to multi-task and team oriented.
- Able to communicate well with people at different levels in the organization.
- Hardworking and has a positive working attitude.
- Good knowledge on related to safety operation.
