Drive the identification, analysis, and documentation of business processes and requirements for digitalization projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs and align technology solutions accordingly.
Translate business objectives into actionable digital strategies and product roadmaps.
Oversee the delivery of digital transformation projects from conception through implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Analyze existing processes and systems to identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and innovation.
Champion the adoption of digital tools and practices throughout the organization.
Act as a bridge between business units and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and expectation alignment.
Stay updated on digital trends and emerging technologies, and assess their relevance to the organization.
Requirements
Bachelorfs or Masterfs degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 6-8 years of experience in business analysis, digital transformation, or related roles.
At least 2-3 years in a team leadership or supervisory position
