1. Assist in ensuring operations and adherence of QA activities as per relevant procedures/work instruction outlined in the Management System Manual (ISO 9001)
2. Supervise group of QA technician to plan, coordinate, monitoring and conduct in-process QA inspection
3. Plan, coordinate, monitors and/or conducts QA inspections on incoming sub-parts and finished products and/or WIP (if any).
4. Monitoring QA internal reject for abnormality cases.
5. Supervising preparation of QA data sheet as per customersf requirements.
6. Ensure equipment used for QA inspections are timely calibrated and maintained appropriately.
7. Up-keeping of limit sample records.
8. Supervising collection of samples for lab test per customerfs requirements.
9. Initial production run for verification and reporting results.
10. Any other assignment as and when required by the QA Engineer and/or the QA Manager.
Requirements
1. Certificate / Diploma in any Applied Science, Chemical Studies, Manufacturing or equivalent
2. With 3 to 5 years working experience in manufacturing QA field
3. Knowledge in paper & packaging manufacturing process
4. Familiar with ISO management system and customer audit
5. Familiar with QC test / tools
6. Good communication skills
7. Proven track record in relevant functional area
8. High commitment and fast learner
9. Possess own transport
