Job Description
- Responsible to mechanical troubleshooting in order to reduce the down time of machinery.
- Identify, analysis, and implement preventive maintenance to avoid reoccurrence of breakdown or minimize unplanned down time.
- Optimize spare part requirement so that the spare parts are available whenever the needs are arise with minimum inventory cost.
- Responsible for maintenance cost.
- Identify and implement improvement maintenance in order to prolong the life span of equipment.
- Plan plant shut activities in order to minimize plant shut duration and labor cost.
- Handle maintenance issues including on call and work late (if required).
- Responsible for career development or training of subordinates in order to have second liner.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering from recognized universities.
- Minimum 2-3 years working experience preferably with heavy industries background.
- Fresh graduates who are proactive & aggressive are welcome to apply
- Good hands-on skills and mechanical maintenance knowledge
- Fluent in speaking & writing Mandarin, English, & Bahasa Melayu language
- Able to work under tough & fast pace environment and willing to learn
- Able to be on call during rest day and can work long hours
- Great platform for enhancing technical knowledge
- Able to work at Banting (Near KLIA, Sepang)
- Hostel will be provided for those from outstation<
