• Assist engineer for any WTE plant operation and maintenance activities • Perform water sample collection and daily lab testing as per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and submit report • Perform preventive maintenance activities as per schedule and SOP • Support daily WTE plant operation (incineration & boiler) and startup shutdown • Troubleshooting and take appropriate actions to ensure continuous process and reliable operation of equipment and systems • Perform daily, weekly and monthly check list timely and submit to superior • Adhere to standard reporting procedure and complete the jobs timely • Assist in maintaining ISO documentation • Work with suppliers and contractors for smooth WTE plant operation and third-party monitoring activities • Able to cover shift operation works depend on operation requirement • Ensure plant area proper housekeeping according to 5S standards • Be available on-call basis to occasionally respond to urgent operational issues • Assist in any related ad-hoc project assigned

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical / Chemical / Environmental Engineering or any related study • Able to work under pressure and long working hours (if needed) • Able to work on-site / field long hours • Able to speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia • Able to work on shifts
