- To identify production needs / areas for improvement, gather information, generate ideas for the efficient working procedures. - To monitor the development and enhancement of measure and analytical methodologies to ensure that appropriate parties are aware of improvements and changes. - To study existing process and find ways to improve quality, consistency, material control and lead time. - Execute continue improvement plan, Kaizen, Capex project and ad-hoc project as instruct by superior - To lead project team in the completion of process improvement project plan and cost saving program. - Involved & as committee member of QEMSSC for ISO 14001, ISO 9001, etc

- Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in engineering / manufacturing or any other equivalent programs - Preferably those with at least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in related field - Fresh graduate with passion in continuous improvement. - Fluent in spoken and written in language of Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English - Possess strong in project management, process mapping, statistical analytic on collecting data. - Hostel can be provided for candidates from outstation - Willing to work near KLIA (near Sepang, Banting)<
