• Assist in the development and coordination of the failure registration system and equipment breakdown monitoring program. • Assist in developing and coordinating the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) program and monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions. • Coordinate activities under the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program, including the Autonomous Maintenance (AM), Planned Maintenance (PM) and Focused Improvement (FI) pillars. • Assist in monitoring and analyzing TPM actual inspection intervals versus planned intervals to ensure compliance and optimize maintenance schedules. • Support the implementation of 5S and 6S workplace organization initiatives to maintain organized, efficient and safe work environment. • Serve as CAPEX coordinator by developing and executing project procurement strategies to mitigate risk and align with organizational goals. • Assist in any ad-hoc project assigned by superior

• Diploma in any Engineering field or equivalent. • At least 1 year of working experiences, preferably in a manufacturing environment. • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. • Able to work in a fast-paced environment. • Demonstrates a positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and is team oriented. • High level of commitment and able to perform well under pressure. • Computer literate with a good understanding of systems, proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. • Strong communication and reporting skills
