? Fully understand GSPP wastepaper (raw material) quality standard. ? Analyzing local and import materials? quality to ensure compliance with company standards. ? Oversee imports documentation and follow up with import documentations. ? Leading, initiating, and monitoring supplier claims until closure. ? Verify weekly payment, transport bills, credit /debit notes, & wastepaper sales to other paper mills. ? Able to analyze and highlight abnormalities in daily delivery. ? Driving continuous improvement for cost saving on procurement processes, supplier performance and optimizing effectiveness and efficiency. ? Assist in any ad-hoc project assigned.

? Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, International Business, Finance, Economics, or related field. ? Preferably minimum 3 years relevant working experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain with manufacturing industry. ? Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. ? Good analytical ability with focus on cost control, quality assessment, and supplier performance. ? Tactful in dealing with all parties & able to fulfil deadlines. ? High integrity, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solving approach. ? ERP / procurement system knowledge (eg SAP) ? Applicants must be willing to work in Banting (Near KLIA, Sepang) and travel as when needed.
