- To ensure high performance and effectiveness of mill operations through continuous productivity, process, quality, yield, cost, manpower optimization and development, safe work culture & practice. - Optimization of manpower resources to achieve set quality and quantity targets. - Ensuring products are made according to specifications, targets and schedule, - Smooth running of day-to-day operations and activities in meeting customer’s requirements. - Develop and carry out process improvement strategy across Production department. - Establishment and maintenance of ISO procedure - Prepare routine operational report and document update - Analyze operational data for continuous improvement initiative and process cost reduction exercise

- At least Degree in Chemical, Industrial, Process, or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent. - Preferably those with 3 years of related working experience in heavy or manufacturing industries. - Can work independently with minimum supervision. - Good command in English & Bahasa Malaysia in terms of writing and speaking. - Ability to multitask and meeting datelines. - Able to work in fast pace working environment and work well with stress. - Able to work oncall and overtime when needed.
