Job Description

1. To issue and prepare delivery documents such as delivery order, invoices, packing list and shipping labels accurately and promptly. 2. To ensure delivery order are properly acknowledged and return upon delivery of goods. 3. Address any discrepancies or issues related to delivery orders, coordinating with the relevant superior for resolution. 4. Follow company policies and procedures related to delivery order processing and documentation and maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information related to delivery orders. 5. Any other related jobs assigned by superior. 6. Coordinate with drivers and logistics team for timely deliveries. 7. Assist in loading and unloading activities when required. 8. Maintain proper filing of delivery orders, invoices, and other warehouse records. 9. Support in generating reports related to stock movement and deliveries. 10. Perform any other tasks assigned by the superior.

Requirements

1. Minimum SPM or equivalent. 2. At least 1 year experience in manufacturing/warehouse/logistics operations (fresh graduates considered). 3. Basic knowledge of delivery orders, invoices, and stock management. 4. Good teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
