Close monitoring and planning inventory for customers products models to ensure sufficient stock to order for daily pull-card � Converting scheduling for converting machine � To liaise with inter-department for coordination � Follow-up on all the urgent orders to ensure timely deliveries  Receive printing plates and arrange for setting  Check all plates and master cards before releasing to production floor  Ensure all jobs received meet customer requirement deadlines  Ensure all jobs are carried out according to ISO regulations  Ensure proper housekeeping at workplace.  Follow-up on all the disposal of obsolete plates  Ensure all plates are labelled according to the master card number

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistic/Transportation, Others or equivalent. � Possess good interpersonal skills, communication skill & computer skills. � Candidates with at least 1 year relevant experience are encouraged to apply. � Willing to work at Banting (near KLIA, Sepang) Willing to extend working hour when needed Willing to work on saturay one month once after confirmation.
