- To maintain all equipment (mechanical parts) in a satisfactory condition for safe operation and at its maximum operating efficiency. - To reduce to a minimum of all the equipment downtime resulting from machine breakdown and indirect factors. - Responsible for diagnosing faults, equipment improvement and setting up TPM programs on preventive, predictive and corrective activities to reduce repair & maintenance cost - To maintenance of adequate spare parts consistent with current condition and recommend critical spare parts as inventory items when necessary. - To investigate into the causes for and remedies of emergency machine breakdown and abnormal machine failure. - Close cooperation with operating personnel in order to meet equipment requirement, production schedule and planned maintenance schedule requirement.

- Must possess at least Degree in Mechanical Engineering - Preferably those with minimum 1 year of working experience in maintenance within manufacturing industries. - Fresh graduates who are proactive & aggressive are welcomed to apply. - Good hands on experience and theoretical knowledge in mechanical maintenance. - Have in-depth knowledge of mechanical function of equipment / components. - Exposed on mechanical troubleshooting for machineries breakdown. - Able to read the technical drawing including of definition of symbol. - Exposed on in-depth pneumatic & hydraulic systems & components - Exposed in-depth on packaging equipment’s maintenance function - Able to analysis machine failure, problem solving and decision making. - Good analytical mind and critical thinking skills. - High commitment, independency and responsibility are required. - Able to work under tough environment and handle pressure well. - Willing to be on-called during rest day and work overtime. - Hostel will be provided for those from outstation.
