• Responsible for Health, Safety and Environment and comply with ISO 14001 requirements • Responsible for all field/control room activities in the stock preparation area from pulping area to final storage area and reject handling system. • Visual inspection and field monitoring for all process equipments in the stock preparation area and reject handling system. • Working together with shift maintenance technicians to address any maintenance related issue in the production area. • Responsible for 5S for the entire stock preparation area • Assist Boardman to achieve stock quality and production efficiency requirement. • Responsible for production cleanliness and ensure housekeeping is properly done during shift. • Responsible to review checklist. • Ensure all equipment has been properly field checked and is ready for operation prior to each Plant Start-up • Field check during shutdown and start up activities. • Carry out pulp quality tests for stock preparation area. • Any ad-hoc task assigned by superior

• Diploma (in engineering or equivalent) • Minimum of 3 years in the pulp and paper industry or related industry, demonstrated ability to be a supervisor and leader.
