• Oversee daily delivery operations and ensure smooth workflow. • Lead, train and motivate customer service team. • Liaise with external logistics parties to gather the latest market updates on competitors as well. • Communicate service updates, delays, or important information to customer clearly. • Implement solutions to reduce recurring complaints. • Improve the current system to enhance customer service efficiency and reduce headcount. • To plan daily export container pickups in coordination with the warehouse and external logistics parties.

• Possess Bachelor Degree preferably in Business Administration / Marketing. • Minimum 2-3 yearsf experience in sales / marketing of industrial products. • Able to work as a team to achieve better result • Good interpersonal, customer service & communication skills • Good presentation & reporting skills • High commitment & energetic • Computer literate (Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office) • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia • Possess own transport • Willing to work under pressure
