? Prioritize safety above all operational objectives, ensuring that all tasks are carried out in accordance with established safety procedures and best practices. ? Understand type of Raw Material and operation requirement for Raw Material. ? Lead, establish and oversee quality inspection of all incoming raw materials (local and imported) to ensure compliance with company standards and specifications ? Establish and enforce quality check procedures, including sampling, testing, and documentation. ? Identify non-conforming materials and initiate quality claims with suppliers. ? Lead and follow up closely on quality claims and ensure timely resolution, including cost recovery for related expenses. ? Provide analysis and reports on recurring quality issues, and recommend corrective or preventive actions. ? Monitor supplier performance and recommend strategies to prevent suppliers from compromising on quality. ? Collaborate with procurement and production teams to ensure material quality meets operational needs. ? Support material planning by providing feedback on quality-related concerns. ? Ensure compliance with standard quality checks and safety procedures for all incoming raw materials. ? Maintain accurate records of inspection results, claims, and supplier evaluations for audit and compliance purposes. ? Identify areas for improvement and develop new methods to enhance performance and efficiency. ? Enforce safety rules and precautions consistently within the Raw Material Department ? Perform any other ad hoc assignments or projects as required by management.

? Possess a Bachelor Degree in any relevant field. Require working experience 5 years and above. ? Preferably with experience in supply chain or material quality control management. ? Hands-on experience in material quality inspection and claim handling. ? Strong statistical and analytical skills ? Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with suppliers and internal teams. ? Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities ? Sound leadership skills with the ability to coach, delegate, and manage a team effectively.
